Created by Ben Branson, Sylva Padauk is born from a deep passion for the flavour potential of wood and pioneering expertise in maturation technology.

What makes it truly unique is a blend of four carefully selected woods: padauk, red oak from Sylva’s own forest, reused American oak staves from Nc’nean whisky, and olive wood. Each is gently toasted and sonically matured to unlock maximum depth and complexity.

Tasting experience: Padauk offers a warm and inviting aroma – imagine freshly baked chocolate cake, caramelised bread, and gentle spices. On the palate, you’ll find notes of coffee, chocolate, and green walnuts, leading to a rich, rounded, and dry finish with subtle warmth and layered depth.
