Created by Ben Branson, Sylva Padauk is born from a deep passion for the flavour potential of wood and pioneering expertise in maturation technology.
What makes it truly unique is a blend of four carefully selected woods: padauk, red oak from Sylva’s own forest, reused American oak staves from Nc’nean whisky, and olive wood. Each is gently toasted and sonically matured to unlock maximum depth and complexity.
